Enveloped in the fragrance of onions, these thick noodles have both flavor and bite. Multiple techniques have been used to extract the oil from red onions sourced from Yunlin. This is then infused with Sichuan chili peppers in the perfect ratio for 20 hours. This sauce was named No. 1 in Taiwan’s 2016 noodle awards.
